If you’re not completely happy within 30 days of purchase, you can return your TruckDuffle to the place of purchase for a full refund or exchange — no hassle, no fine print.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every TruckDuffle by WeatherGear™ is built to handle real use in real weather.
We stand behind that promise with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.

What’s Covered

  • Welded seam failures
  • Zipper tape or zipper material failure (not zipper pulls, and not due to misuse)
  • Attachment loops failing (not caused by over-tightening)
  • Attachment straps, cam buckles, or carabiners failing
  • Ratchet tie-down straps failing

Need a quick fix?
If you puncture or create a hole in the TruckDuffle, or break a plastic cinch-strap connector, email support@weathergear.com for a free patch kit or replacement clip.

What’s Not Covered

  • Zipper pulls damaged by excessive force or twisting
  • Holes, punctures, or cuts from sharp objects, dragging, or abrasion
  • Damage from over-tightening attachment or tie-down loops
  • Damage from improper use
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Return or Exchange

Within 30 Days of Purchase

  • Contact your place of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Return the item in its original box with the RMA number and your purchase receipt or order confirmation email.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping if the issue isn’t a seller error.
    WeatherGear covers shipping costs for any replacement items we send to you.

After 30 Days (Warranty Exchange)

Email support@weathergear.com with:

  • A short description of the issue
  • A photo showing the problem
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

If you registered your TruckDuffle, we already have your purchase on file.
We’ll review your claim and reply quickly — usually within hours, and always within 24 hours.
If approved, we’ll provide an RMA number and next steps for your warranty exchange.
