We stand behind that promise with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.

Welded seam failures

Zipper tape or zipper material failure (not zipper pulls, and not due to misuse)

Attachment loops failing (not caused by over-tightening)

Attachment straps, cam buckles, or carabiners failing

Ratchet tie-down straps failing
Need a quick fix?
If you puncture or create a hole in the TruckDuffle, or break a plastic cinch-strap connector, email support@weathergear.com for a free patch kit or replacement clip.

Holes, punctures, or cuts from sharp objects, dragging, or abrasion

How to Return or Exchange
Within 30 Days of Purchase

Contact your place of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return the item in its original box with the RMA number and your purchase receipt or order confirmation email.

If you registered your TruckDuffle, we already have your purchase on file.
We’ll review your claim and reply quickly — usually within hours, and always within 24 hours.
If approved, we’ll provide an RMA number and next steps for your warranty exchange.
